Job details
As a Membership and Consultancy Advisor, you will provide assistance to our members, ensuring that the service they receive exceeds expectations.
Additionally, you will apply your sales skills generating new business, and making the most of every business development opportunity.
What you will do
* Act as the primary contact for members, handling queries, coordinating health and safety advice, and ensuring a high standard of customer support.
* Anticipate customer needs, conduct service reviews with advisor members, and proactively seek feedback to improve services.
* Lead or attend meetings with prospective members, prepare proposals, and identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services.
* Work towards sales targets while maintaining a positive, proactive approach to exceeding customer expectations.
* Process training and consultancy bookings, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and produce training reports and proposals.
* Liaise with technical, service support and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
* Support SSIP processes, assist with tender submissions, produce internal reports, and ensure GDPR compliance in record keeping and confidentiality.
Who you are
* Proven background in sales and customer facing roles, with experience achieving sales targets.
* Ability to effectively self manage a busy workload while maintaining focus and productivity.
* Strong team player with the drive, energy and enthusiasm to support and motivate colleagues.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Sound understanding of Health & Safety management systems and basic HR requirements within organisations.
* Ability to understand wider business impacts and identify opportunities for growth, improvement and innovation.
* Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for regional travel;
* NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification desirable.
