Permanent role

The Opportunity
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are excited to be recruiting for a Brand Implementation Manager for a global group of companies based out of Warrington
This is a rare opportunity to lead a highAEUR'profile, multiAEUR'year global rebrand at the heart of a complex, operationally rich organisation.
As Brand Manager, you will own and deliver the endAEUR'toAEUR'end rebrand rollout across multiple geographies, sites and asset types : from vehicles and signage to uniforms, PPE and communications. This is not a simple logo replacement exercise. You will be expected to actively challenge legacy approaches, identify smarter ways of working, and continuously improve how the brand is expressed, delivered and embedded across the organisation.
This is a strategic and handsAEUR'on role, combining programme leadership, stakeholder influence and brand guardianship. You will act as the central driver of momentum, governance and quality throughout a phased, threeAEUR'year transition : ensuring the new brand builds pride, confidence and purpose internally, while delivering consistency and impact externally.
Key Responsibilities
Rebrand Programme Leadership
* Own and manage the endAEUR'toAEUR'end rebrand rollout plan, translating brand strategy into a clear, phased delivery roadmap over c.3 years
* Drive progress across multiple parallel workstreams, maintaining momentum and ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met
* Proactively identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, resolving issues to keep the programme on track
* Continuously challenge likeAEUR'forAEUR'like replacement, identifying opportunities to improve quality, durability, sustainability, costAEUR'effectiveness and operational efficiency
Stakeholder and Working Group Management
* Establish and lead crossAEUR'functional working groups spanning operations, fleet, procurement, marketing, IT and People teams
* Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, senior leadership and external partners
* Influence without authority, encouraging constructive challenge to improve outcomes rather than replicate legacy approaches
* Provide clear reporting, recommendations and updates to senior leadership and governance forums
Supplier Sourcing, Tendering and Management
* Scope requirements and support procurement teams through sourcing and tendering of brandAEUR'related suppliers (e.g. signage, vehicle livery, print, uniforms, PPE, merchandise)
* Review and challenge existing specifications, materials and methods, driving improvements in quality, consistency, sustainability and value
* Manage multiple global and regional suppliers, ensuring onAEUR'time delivery, quality control and scalability
* Develop and maintain supplier guidelines, specifications and SLAs
Brand Governance and Consistency
* Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent and highAEUR'quality application of the new brand across all touchpoints
* Develop, evolve and maintain brand guidelines, toolkits and templates based on rollout learning
* Approve brand applications across vehicles, sites, signage, marketing and internal communications
* Ensure legacy branding is phased out in line with agreed priorities and timelines
Brand Advocacy, Change and Continuous Improvement
* Serve as a visible brand champion and ambassador, building confidence, buyAEUR'in and engagement across the organisation
* Support change management by helping teams understand the rationale behind both the rebrand and the improvements introduced
* Provide guidance, training and handsAEUR'on support to teams applying the new brand
* Promote a mindset of continuous improvement so the brand strengthens the organisation over time
