We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Accountant to join a reputable accountancy practice with an exciting growth plan.
Job Title: Assistant Accountant
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Nuneaton
Key Duties
* Liaising with clients on the phone, by email and face to face
* Managing day to day financial records
* Preparing statutory accounts
* Book keeping
* Prepare and submit personal tax returns
* Prepare and submit corporate tax returns
* Prepare and submit VAT returns
Key Skills And Experience Required
* Previous experience in a similar accounts-based role
* Confident, professional approach with strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
* The desire to succeed and progress within an organisation
* AAT level 4 or ACCA
