Engine TechnicianBath, Bristol, Trowbridge and GlastonburyUp to £45,000 Basic + Vehicle + Fuel Card + BonusMonday - Friday (Days)We're currently looking for a days Field Service Engine Technician to join a well-established business within the energy sector, supporting a number of green energy power generation sites across the Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge and Glastonbury.This is a great opportunity for someone with an engine-orientated background who is open to a field-based role involving fault finding, servicing and overhauls on power generation equipment. Full training will be provided, but experience with engines is essential.The RoleSupporting the general maintenance and upkeep of engine-based power generation equipmentAssisting with fault finding and diagnostics on mechanical and basic electrical systemsCarrying out routine servicing, inspections, and minor repairsSupporting larger maintenance tasks and engine overhaulsAttending breakdowns and helping return equipment to serviceCompleting basic service reports and job notesManaging tools, parts, and general van stockWorking across multiple sites in the local areaFollowing health & safety procedures at all timesAbout YouMechanical or Electrical background (NVQ / City & Guilds or similar)Hands-on mechanical or engineering experience with enginesKeen to learn and develop new skillsFull UK driving licenceWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary + bonusCompany van & fuel cardFull training and development providedTools, uniform, laptop & phoneMonday–Friday working patternPension & holiday packageTPBN1_UKTJ
