3. Delivering excellent customer and patient care with a confidential friendly approach.
4. Supporting OCT sales, stock management and prescription hand out.
5. Accurately labellng, dispensing and preparing medications in line with legal and company standards.
6. Providing clinical services such as consultations, diabetes checks, smoking cessation advice and healthy living guidance.
7. Supporting the Pharmacy Manager and contributing to the KPIs and service delivery.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products and industry regulations.
9. Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and the local community.
10. Drive initiatives to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare professional in Retail should have:
11. A recognised qualification in Pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
12. Experience in retail pharmacy or a similar healthcare setting.
13. Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
14. A meticulous approach to detail and commitment to patient safety.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff.
