Responsibilities and Duties
Communicating with clients via telephone, making sure they turn up at events, have all the details they need, making sure they turn up to trainings
Confirming Purchases via telephone
Monitoring and responding to email and telephone enquiries
Build good rapport with existing clients and be the first point of contact for their needs
Onboarding/ offboarding new clients
Basic social media skills to communicate on facebook with clients
Being present at events (some weekend events to attend, helping and supporting role, engaging with clients, being the go to support person in the room, assisting setup in the room.
Diary management for team members and Booking in calls for members of the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
