An established facilities maintenance provider is seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee the delivery of multiple maintenance contracts across a varied client portfolios. This role is central to managing daily operations, supervising a large team of engineers and operatives, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving consistent service quality across all sites.
The successful candidate will ideally possess a strong background in facilities or maintenance services, with proven leadership experience, solid contract administration skills, and a commercial mindset focused on efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across a diverse contract portfolio

Manage and support a team of engineers, operatives, and subcontractors

Ensure timely delivery of PPM, reactive, and remedial works

Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and maintain client satisfaction

Support invoicing, cost control, and service optimisation
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety and company standards

Collaborate with senior management on performance and profitability
Skills & Experience

Experience in facilities, maintenance, or engineering operations
*
Strong leadership and team management skills
*
Knowledge of maintenance workflows and CAFM systems

Commercially aware with invoicing and budgeting experience

Technical background (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND)
