Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is not just a support role - it's a launchpad for someone who is serious about stepping into a Sales & Marketing Manager position within the next 6 months. If you're ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of campaigns and client relationships, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads, support sales outreach, and maintain CRM records
* Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and event collateral
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
* Monitor campaign performance and compile actionable reports
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
* Maintain and update website content and product listings
* Attend trade shows, networking events, and assist with exhibition planning
* Shadow and support senior team members with the goal of stepping into a leadership role and liaising with marketing personnel
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or commercial role
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI
* Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools
* Experience with CRM systems
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to take on more responsibility
Qualifications
* A-levels or equivalent (minimum)
* Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Progression Path
This role is designed for someone who wants to progress into a Sales & Marketing Manager position within 1 year. You'll be mentored by senior staff, given increasing responsibility, and expected to take initiative in shaping campaigns and client relationships.
