Primary Responsibilities:
Technologies : experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID.
Resolving high-level BAU Incidents
Project Roll outs
Keep Systems Running Smoothly : Do regular updates, fix network problems, and apply patches.
Help Users : Support staff with any problems using their hardware, software, or internet.
Work with the Team : Support the wider 3rd line support team and help with bigger technical problems or projects.
Documentation : Log issues, how they were fixed, and any system changes.
