Our Site Manager is looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Customer Services Advisor to strengthen our dedicated and friendly customer services team who put our customers at the heart of everything they do.
In this role, you will assist both internal and external customers regarding the collection or delivery of parcels.
You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers, and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively solve problems, and take accountability for resolving these issues.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Answering queries related to delivery status and providing Proof of Delivery (POD)
2. Conducting thorough investigations for missing parcels and resolving delivery disputes
Qualifications

* Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Polite and professional demeanor with a willingness to exceed customer expectations
* Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* High levels of self-motivation and initiative for effective problem-solving
