The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Deliver 1:1 support or lead small group interventions
* Assist children with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs
* Work alongside the class teacher to support lesson delivery
* Help manage classroom behaviour positively and effectively
* Contribute to a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates considering teacher training, or individuals with childcare, youth work, or care experience.

We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children (school-based or similar setting)
* A patient, proactive, and flexible approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for education and child development
* Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
