Your Role
As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you will:
* Support the Kitchen Manager in running a busy kitchen and stepping up in their absence.
* Lead and inspire a large team of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Monitor guest experiences and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
* Conduct daily briefings to motivate and guide your team.
* Manage stock control and ensure food presentation meets our high standards.
* Oversee financial performance, delivering food cost budgets through effective menu planning.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
* Be a role model for Butlin’s unique way of working, implementing training schedules and performance development plans.
About You

* Understand the importance of guest experience and can unleash the potential of your team.
* Hold a Level 3 Food Safety qualification and are confident in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Working Conditions
This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, totaling 40 hours. Flexibility is key, as some shifts may extend late into the night, with 4am finishes involved.
