We are recruiting a Legal Team Assistant to join our Tax, Trust & Family (TTF) department.
As an integral part of our legal team, you will support our lawyers across a wide range of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
* Produce and manage documents, incorporating changes made by lawyers
* Diary management
* Reporting
* Client onboarding
* Produce invoices and manage files
* Collate expenses
* Co‑ordinate travel arrangements
We offer every new starter a thorough induction and extensive training on our in‑house legal systems (iManage and Aderant). A confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
