Contracts Administrator needed in Guildford Paying £193.97 per day ref 5277279 Full time hours on a temporary basis About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Contracts Administrator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day coordination of construction, maintenance, and service contracts. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly by supporting contract managers, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring everything is documented and compliant. What You’ll Be Doing Draft and distribute contracts, work orders, and tender documents. Keep accurate records of project correspondence, invoices, and files. Assist contract managers with scheduling, reporting, and general admin. Process purchase orders and communicate with suppliers, contractors, and clients. Make sure all contracts follow company policies and legal requirements. Track contractor performance, monitor deadlines, and raise any concerns. Ideally: Experience in contract administration or a similar admin role. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems. A team player who can also work independently. Knowledge of construction or maintenance contracts is a bonus, but not essential.
