Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Oldham for a PUR/EVA Perfect Binder Operator. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining PUR/EVA perfect binding machines to produce high-quality bound materials. Responsibilities include troubleshooting machine issues, performing regular maintenance, ensuring projects meet client specifications, and collaborating closely with the production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in operating PUR/EVA perfect binding machinery and knowledge of its setup and maintenance
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for addressing machine issues efficiently
* Familiarity with quality control standards, ensuring accurate and precise outputs
* Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors effectively
* Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
* Experience in print finishing or a related field is a plus
* Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods
