If it is a little more responsibility that you are after, the Team Leader role is just for you. You and your team will be out there as the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all Cineworld customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team Members you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Fulltime 39 hour contract. Desired avaliabilty 08:00-0300 Friday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
* Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
* Food Handling and Stock Control
* Use of Technology (i.e IT Systems,Till Operations, Telephones)
* Cleaning
* Increasing Sales
* Maintaining Standards
* Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
* Addressing and Resolving Complaints
* Induction and Training of TeamMembers
* Coaching TeamMembers
* Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
