What You'll Do:
As a Business Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in our outbound lead generation and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
* Arranging meetings and calls with prospective clients and the commercial team.
* Maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure accurate client information.
* Engaging with existing clients through regular communication via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
* Respond to client queries quickly and efficiently, always giving excellent customer service.
* Following up on marketing campaigns to maximise outreach.
* Upholding professionalism in all interactions
Who We're Looking For:
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
* Equipped with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong administration skills, gained within a professional services environment
* Familiar with CRMs
* Computer literate with excellent attention to detail.
* Fully understanding of a sales-focused environment and how to effectively support the team.
