We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our Disputes & Regulatory team in Grimsby. In this role, you will play a central part in keeping the team running smoothly, providing high quality administrative support and ensuring deadlines, documents, and processes are handled efficiently. Key responsibilities: Opening and setting up new files promptly and accurately in line with fee earner instructions. Liaising with clients in a professional and proactive manner, handling both routine and more complex enquiries with confidence and seeking guidance where needed. Managing incoming calls and greeting clients, providing an efficient and professional service at all times. Taking and relaying messages clearly, quickly and accurately to ensure smooth communication within the team. Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day administration of client work and files. Directly supporting and assisting the Head of Department in respect of management arrangements for the department. Skills required: Strong administrative experience, ideally within a professional services or legal environment. Proven ability to produce high-quality, accurate documents with excellent attention to detail. Confident handling client enquiries, both routine and complex, with a professional and reassuring manner. Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
