Territory Manager - Orthodontics (Scotland & Northumberland)
We’re seeking a commercially focused Territory Manager to drive growth across Scotland and the Newcastle region, supporting a fixed orthodontics portfolio and clear aligner solutions.
The Role
You will take full ownership of sales performance within your territory, increasing revenue and margins through a mix of partner management and new business development. This is a field-based position focused on building long-term relationships with orthodontic specialists, decision-makers and tender groups.
You’ll actively uncover new opportunities via distribution partners, tenders and creative market-entry strategies, while also contributing to customer and peer training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Grow and develop sales across Scotland and Northumberland region
2. Build trusted relationships with orthodontists and key stakeholders
3. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
4. Identify, qualify, and convert new customers
5. Share product updates and collect market feedback
6. Support tenders and regional growth initiatives
7. Deliver product training to customers and internal teams
