Operational Leadership
• Oversee daily operations across all contracts, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs.
• Manage the operations team: General Manager(s), Area Supervisors, Team Leaders.
• Lead workforce planning, scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all sites follow company standards and operational procedures.
Commercial & Financial Control
• Own operational budgets and labour costs.
• Maintain and improve contract gross margins
• Approve operational spend: materials, equipment, fleet, uniforms.
• Support pricing for tenders and contract renewals.
• Manage P&L for operational departments and report monthly.
Client Management
• Build strong relationships with key clients across Jersey/Guernsey/UK.
• Attend review meetings, manage escalations, and resolve service issues.Core skills required
