Qualifications
* Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and support diverse student teams.
* Project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and time management, ideally demonstrated through academic, professional, or extracurricular experience.
* Interest or experience in consulting, social impact, non‑profits, or social enterprises, with a commitment to 180DC’s mission and values.
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present ideas, facilitate meetings, and build relationships.
* Problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills, with the capacity to structure challenges, interpret data, and contribute to practical solutions.
* Ability to work on‑site in Exeter on a full‑time basis, balancing Executive Team responsibilities alongside other commitments.
* Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and accountability in previous roles, societies, or projects.
* Familiarity with basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms, and communication tools); experience with marketing, events, or operations is a plus.
