Temp-to-Perm Paint Sprayer

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Temp-to-Perm Paint Sprayer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for long-term employment with a supportive and professional environment.
Working Hours:
Week 1: 06:00–14:00 Monday-Friday
Week 2: 07:00–16:45 Monday-Thursday
Rotating fortnightly shifts.
Pay Rate:
£15.75/hour for any hours worked up ot 39 hours/week
£21.11/hour for any hours worked after 39 hours/week
Job Brief:
What will you do?
Operate on a continuous flow automated line.
Apply phosphate pre-treatment processes with precision.
Work efficiently with heavy products.
Paint tubular products to required specifications.
Hang product fixtures for processing.
Prepare products through masking and surface cleaning.
What will you need?
Proven experience with 2-pack epoxy paint and single-pack primer paint.
Ability to apply finishing coats to a high automotive standard.
Proficiency in Wet Film Thickness (WFT) and Dry Film Thickness (DFT) testing.
Knowledge of cross-hatch adhesion testing methods.
