Key Responsibilities
* As a Land Agent, your core duties will include:Managing a diverse portfolio of rural properties and agricultural clients
* Providing valuation, management and strategic consultancy advice
* Negotiating on behalf of clients for land, tenancy, access, compensation and development matters
* Supporting compulsory purchase and infrastructure schemes
* Advising on diversification, grants, rural support schemes and long?term land strategy
* Building strong client relationships through proactive, professional service delivery
About You
* We are looking for an individual who is:Professionally qualified (MRICS / working toward chartership)
* Experienced in rural practice, land management or agricultural consultancy
* A confident communicator with strong negotiation and client?facing skills
* Commercially aware, adaptable and able to manage varied workloads
* Motivated to develop professionally within a supportive and expanding team environment
