This is a hybrid role which requires the candidate to go into the office three times a week. Reporting directly to the head of finance you will be a key member of the finance team supporting the growth of the business. Key duties involve maintaining financial records, assisting with audits and financial reporting, and performing administrative support for the finance team. Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping: * Process and record financial transactions and journals. * Maintain and update sales and purchase ledgers. * Handle petty cash transactions and maintain ledgers. Accounts Payable & Receivable: * Process invoices and bills for payment. * Issue invoices to clients and external partners. * Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
