Our client is looking for a Paralegal to work in their real estate team in Brighton
We're looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our clients thriving Real Estate department in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and supportive team, handling high-quality conveyancing work and gaining valuable experience.
You'll assist with live files and support an experienced fee-earner throughout the conveyancing process, from instruction to post-completion. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready for a varied role with great prospects for advancement, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
* Previous conveyancing experience in a legal setting
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Legal qualifications (or willingness to pursue them with our support)
Key responsibilities include:
* File opening and AML compliance
* Drafting reports, financial statements, and invoices
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
* Supporting all aspects of conveyancing transactions
