What the Job Involves This role is centered around delivering housing advice and homelessness prevention services, including security of tenure, low-cost home ownership options, and statutory assessments to determine available resources on a case-by-case basis. You will manage a caseload, engaging with individuals to guide them through housing options, and collaborate with various teams and agencies to facilitate sustainable housing solutions. You will also contribute to strategy development, detect fraudulent applications, and undertake investigations into complaints as needed.
