The Associate Campaign Manager (ACM) is an integral part of the Customer Experience team, providing executional and operational support to ensure seamless campaign delivery. While this position is not client-facing, it serves as a foundational role designed to build the skills and experience necessary to advance into a client-facing Campaign Manager position.

The ACM supports top-tier accounts alongside Senior Campaign Managers, managing key pre- and post-launch processes that ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer goals. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide internal campaign support for the Senior Campaign Manager team across top accounts.

· Execute campaign-related tasks in alignment with established processes and timelines.

· Maintain up-to-date documentation and detailed task tracking within project management tools (e.g., Workfront).

· Complete campaign build documentation accurately and efficiently.

· Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on operational builds to ensure campaigns are error-free and launch-ready.

· Partner with the Strategy Data Partner (SDP) team to monitor campaign performance and delivery pacing.

· Adjust and optimize pacing as needed to meet campaign goals.

· Assist with the development of custom client reporting and analytics using internal platforms (e.g., Integrate, Workfront).

· Submit and track product support tickets for any platform issues identified during execution.

· Work closely with internal teams — including Campaign Management, Digital Operations, and Campaign Operations — to ensure seamless execution.

· Communicate task progress, availability, and priorities to internal stakeholders.

· Participate in continuous process improvement by identifying operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

· Up to 1 year of experience in campaign support, operations, or administrative roles.

· Proven ability to follow detailed written directions and execute high-volume tasks accurately.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Working knowledge or exposure to Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or similar) preferred.

· Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

· Strong analytical and process-driven mindset with an eye for detail.

· Flexibility to adapt within a fast-changing, agile environment.

· Desire to grow within campaign operations and digital marketing execution.
