The Role
This is a key field-based position within our lettings team. You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, completing routine inspections, and ensuring our portfolio is presented to the highest standard at all times.
You’ll be the person applicants meet first and the one tenants see regularly - so professionalism, energy, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Property Viewings
* Conduct high-quality, accompanied viewings across our lettings portfolio
* Represent T Samuel Lettings with confidence, professionalism, and local knowledge
* Qualify applicants in person and identify proceedable tenants
* Provide clear, honest feedback to the office and landlords
* Ensure properties are always secure and left as found
Routine Inspections
* Carry out scheduled property inspections in line with management agreements
* Identify maintenance issues early to protect landlord assets
* Recognise and report any breaches of tenancy agreements
* Produce detailed, professional reports with clear photos and notes
Portfolio Standards
* Ensure each property is presented in line with T Samuel standards
* Flag any issues affecting lettability or tenant satisfaction
* Take a proactive approach to improving presentation where needed
Tenant & Customer Interaction
* Build strong, professional relationships with tenants
* Communicate clearly and respectfully during all visits
* Act as a trusted representative of the business in the community
Compliance & Systems
* Work in line with all Welsh lettings legislation and compliance requirements
* Accurately update CRM systems with notes, feedback, and reports
* Follow company procedures for key management and data protection
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in lettings, property, or a strong customer-facing role
* Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with people
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own diary efficiently
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
