Our client are seeking an experiencedContract Manager to run Grounds activities for one of our largestSocial Housing customers in the London and Home Countiesarea(s).
You will be a natural business leaderable to lead a delivery team to adopt the companys strategy tomaximise profit and place emphasis on contractretention.
Youll be instrumental in motivatingmanaging and training staff in order to meet and exceed clientexpectations along with building and utilising effective workingrelationships with the widerbusiness.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintaineffective client relationships ensuring that the standard ofservice meets contract specifications maximizing opportunities forcontract retention.
* Develop and maintain aneffective operational team ensuring compliance with all operationalKPIs reviewing activity on all contracts regularly drivinginnovation/best practice.
* Undertake thepurchase and maintenance of approved equipment/machinery ensuringthat all necessary electrical/mechanical testing is up todate.
* Manage and action any clientcommunication and ensure that preventative and remedial actions aretaken when necessary
* Achieve full contractProfit & Loss (P&L) targets operating within budgets whilstdeveloping a process to ensure that all potential opportunities tomaximise growth are utilised
* Attend regularclient review meetings to present and feed back on contractperformance.
* Play an active role in recruitingand onboarding new team members (alongside other departments suchas Senior Management HR Recruitment Fleet andProcurement)
* Support the bid team whererequired to respond to RFIs/RFPs and attend client presentationswhen needed.
* Support the Operations Directorwhere needed to provide reports costs proposals and support for newclient mobilisations
* Ensure that the JAES QSHERisk and Business Continuity protocols are adhered to at alltimes
What are welooking for
* At least 5years experience in a client delivery role in Grounds/GardenMaintenance
* A successful track record ofachieving customer satisfaction people management budget controlspecification management health and safety andcompliance.
* An understanding of managementtechniques change management performancereviews.
* Team player collaborative naturalleader and loyal.
* Strong commercial acumenmotivational skills diplomatic butfirm.
* Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills works well under pressure organised andmotivated.
* Full Clean DrivingLicense.
* Willing to partake in a DBScheck
