Role Description
This is a full-time IT Manager role located on-site in Bideford. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, managing IT projects, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to the team.
Qualifications
* IT Management, Project Management, and Data Security skills
* Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience with software and hardware installations and upgrades
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
