In this role, you will:
In this role, you will lead and support a team of psychology professionals, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous development. You will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored therapeutic interventions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, and DBT, as well as conducting thorough psychological assessments to inform treatment planning. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to ensure coordinated, person-centred care, and you will also play a key role in shaping policy and driving service improvements.
What you will have:
* Doctorate in Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychology.
* HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
* Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within mental health services.
* Proficiency in a range of therapeutic approaches and psychological assessments.
* Strong commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
