We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring, primarily for London-based roles. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering a first-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
* Schedule interviews and coordinate assessment days, both onsite and online
* Manage all candidate communications, from interview invites to job offers and contracts
* Welcome and guide candidates through assessment days, including presentations and Q&A sessions
* Prepare materials and coordinate feedback with assessors and interviewers
* Screen candidates via phone and support recruiter-led interviews
About You
* Experienced Recruitment Coordinator or administrator with strong communication skills
* Confident presenting and interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
* Comfortable working in a busy, ever-changing environment
* Proficient in Excel and comfortable using data to support your work
