They are looking for a Legal and Finance Administrator to join them on a full:time basis, working from their office (3 days a week with 2 days working from home) based in West London.
Job description:
Provide combined administrative support for patents and research grants (70/30).
Patent Management (70)
: Maintain patent application records on internal systems
: Track deadlines, collect inventor input, and liaise with stakeholders (IP team, patent attorneys).
: Organize internal IP workshops and reports.
Research Grant Management (30)
: Submit claims and forecasts for EU research grants.
: Attend meetings with funding agencies and project leads.
: Track grant spending and update budgets.
Requirements:
: Degree in engineering, science, or related field (or relevant work experience).
: Experience in administrative/office management, with some legal/financial background a plus.
: Patent/IP administration experience preferred.
: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook) and top:notch organization.
: Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
: Thrives in a fast:paced, multicultural R and D environment.
