Electrical Maintenance Technician \n\nWe're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their on-site team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background to play a vital role in maintaining and improving production operations in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSalary: £44,000 + plus shift allowance\n\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour rotating shifts (days,evenings and nights). Overtime and on-call weekend availability required.\n\nType: Permanent\n\nYour Key Responsibilities:\n\nDiagnose and repair electrical faults across a wide range of production equipment\nCarry out planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on electrical systems\nEnsure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures\nSupport the integration and maintenance of control panels, sensors, and automation systems\nCollaborate with engineering and production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency\nAssist with the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExperience in a manufacturing or production setting\nStrong electrical bias (ideally 70:30 electrical to mechanical)\nProficient in working with single-phase and 3-phase systems\nExperience with heater systems, safety circuits, and fault-finding on control systems\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation \n\nDesirable Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with PLCs, automation, and robotics\nExperience with power distribution, motor control, and variable speed drives\nRelevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field \n\nIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now!\n\nFor more job opportunities and general updates from Adecco, please follow us on our new Facebook page
