Student Support & Enrichment Officer
We are recruiting for a temporary Student Support & Enrichment Officer to cover both sites. The role involves supporting students throughout the college day, maintaining a positive and engaging environment, and acting as a key point of contact for learner support.
Location: Redhill Site & South Croydon Site
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Employment: Full Time – Temporary Agency Assignment
Start: Immediate
DBS Check: A DBS on the Update Service is preferred; a DBS check will be required prior to starting if not currently held.
Key Responsibilities
Enrichment Support
* Engage positively with students throughout the college day.
* Supervise the student common room and hub areas.
* Support enrichment activities and college events.
* Assist with sports-related activities where applicable/qualified.
Student Support
* Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for students.
* Support returning learners back into lessons and college routines.
* Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive student environment.
About You
* Experience working with young people or within an educational environment preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Calm, approachable, and confident manner.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* Sports background or qualification desirable but not essential.
