* Coordinate daily operations and manage administrative tasks for the maintenance department.
* Provide weekly updates to management.
* Check stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
* Schedule site visits and follow up afterward.
* Manage invoicing and raise purchase orders.
* Act as the Health and Safety point of contact and maintain records.
* Deliver customer service to clients and resolve issues.
* Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
* Coordinate with various teams for seamless operations.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
* Handle administrative tasks related to operations and maintenance.
* Contribute to the growth and success of the organization in the leisure industry.
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in operations coordination or maintenance roles.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills.
* A positive, resolution-focused attitude.
* Reliability and commitment.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety regulations is preferred.
