If You
* are a General Practitioner registered with the GMC, on the GP Specialty Register and on the NHS Performers List with post CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care

* are organised and have a proactive approach to clinical and operational responsibilities

* Salary up to £110,000 per annum (full and part-time options available)

What You’ll Work On
* A mix of telephone, face‑to‑face and home visit appointments
* Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients
* Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required
* Provide patient‑focused, evidence‑based practice to a high standard
* Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long‑term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician

* £92,000 – £110,000 annual FTE (40 hours)

* NHS Pension with 20.6% Employer Contribution
* 30 days plus Bank Holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time, less than 40 hours per week)
