This unique role is designed as a direct pathway to becoming a fully qualified Specialist Mortgage Advisor. The Role and Your Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the company's growth, focusing on generating new opportunities within the second charge mortgage market. You will build strong professional relationships and work within a supportive team environment. Your core duties will include:
* Proactively generating and developing a pipeline of second-charge business.
* Building and managing a robust network of broker relationships to drive referrals.
* Supporting new clients through the initial stages of their application, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
* Collaborating closely with the Specialist Mortgage Advisors and wider team to ensure cases progress efficiently.
* Consistently delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs), including business volume and successful case sign-offs.
