Job Description
* Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Manage payment runs and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
* Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
* Assist with month-end closing activities, including ledger reconciliations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Respond to queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* Previous experience in accounts payable or a related role within Accounting & Finance.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of financial processes within the property industry is advantageous.
