The Role:
4. Advising on a broad range of planning matters, including section 106 agreements, enforcement, and judicial reviews and highways and infrastructure agreements.
5. Representing clients in planning appeals and public inquiries.
6. Working alongside experienced Partners and Associates to deliver pragmatic and commercially-focused advice.
About You:
7. 2+ years PQE within a recognised Planning department or currently working within a local authority with experience in planning law.
8. Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
10. A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
