We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our clients team based in Rhoose. They are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role or someone wanting to get their foot on the managerial ladder. There is an opportunity for this role to be made permanent for the right person.
The Role:
* Supervise and manage branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
* Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
* Processing of orders and invoices as well as some transport planning
* Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role is beneficial.
* Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Organizational skills with attention to detail
* Great team player who thrives on new challenges
