A technically astute and detail‑oriented Technical Data Manager will be responsible for the technical oversight, architecture validation, and quality assurance of data solutions delivered in collaboration with internal and external delivery teams.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that technical designs, solution frameworks, integration patterns, and system performance align with established architectural blueprints, security standards, and coding best practices. You'll be accountable for planning and coordinating technical resources, assessing capacity needs, and ensuring that implementation activities — including technical specifications, development approaches, and performance testing — are executed in a robust, scalable, and secure manner.
You'll also contribute hands‑on technical expertise to resolve complex challenges and guide teams toward high‑quality delivery outcomes.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
Strong technical program or project management experience within data platforms, analytics, or large‑scale technical delivery environments
Deep understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and modern data engineering practices
Experience validating technical designs and solution architectures, ensuring alignment with security, performance, and coding standards
Proven ability to coordinate and plan technical resources, including capacity assessment and multi‑team delivery planning
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and guide teams toward effective solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, enabling collaboration across internal engineering teams and external delivery partners

An understanding of cloud and on‑premise integration and transformation technologies and when to use them
Hands‑on experience with quality assurance and performance testing frameworks, ideally within data or distributed system environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and the technologies commonly used in modern data ecosystems
