Our Administrators support end-to-end administrative functions within the branch. Working in one of our branches, you’ll be part of a team committed to excellent customer service and getting the job done.
Here’s an overview of some responsibilities of a Administrator / Stock Controller at Huws Gray:
* Using Microsoft Office packages to maintain relevant documents
* Creating and sharing reports using Excel for branch teams
* Managing and updating data with our database applications
* Managing stock within the branch
* Handling incoming calls with professionalism and directing enquiries and quotes to the relevant teams
We value individuality and provide training and tools to help you succeed as a Administrator / Stock Controller. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
