We are currently seeking a creative, passionate and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our Culinary team.
The on target earning potential for this role is £42,003 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £35,033 plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge.* For the past century we've been making memories at our iconic hotel and sporting estate in rural Perthshire. You have previous experience working as part of a fast-moving, quality driven, Culinary team, at Junior Sous Chef level, ideally within Michelin and 5* hotels
you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
