Our client is based in Waterlooville and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the team is looking for further support.

Job Description

3. Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
4. Coordinate administrative processes and implement best practices.
5. Manage office budgets, including monitoring expenses and resources.
6. Support senior management with scheduling and correspondence.
7. Supervise and support administrative staff to maintain productivity.
8. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
9. Maintain accurate records and oversee general office documentation.
10. Organise and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:
