The successful candidate will assist with the maintenance and management of the Service Catalogue for the IT Service, providing IT goods and services to the organisation.
They will be a positive contributor to IT services so we deliver cost effective, reliable and agile solutions that support the business transformation programmes providing essential front-line services to IT customers. IT Operations is responsible for managing customer contact and responds to customer satisfaction and perception of the service. This role is part of the Service Catalogue & Procurement team which sits alongside the Finance and Project team.
