We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide essential care and support to service users, assisting with daily activities and personal care while promoting independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide support with personal care and daily living tasks.
 * Promote choice, independence, and dignity at all times.
 * Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe, caring environment.
 * Respond effectively to challenging behaviour using approved techniques.
Requirements
 * Care Certificate
 * Mandatory training (up to date)
 * CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training theory and practical completed
 * Previous experience in a similar support or care role is desirable.
 * Good communication skills and a caring, patient approach.
 * Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
