Annual salary: up to £26,000.00 Negotiator Location: Basingstoke Contract: Office based, Full time, 12 month fixed term contract Role Salary up to £26,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for a Negotiator to join our team in Basingstoke. This role is focused on securing commercially advantageous tenancy renewals with landlords and lettings agents, in line with industry standards such as ARLA, IRC and IPRHP. You’ll manage negotiations from start to finish, resolve disputes, and ensure expectations are met with professionalism and clarity. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clear audit trail of decisions, managing your workload efficiently, and ensuring all services meet contractual and performance targets. Collaboration is key - you’ll work closely with colleagues, partners, contractors and suppliers to deliver a seamless service. You’ll also contribute to team meetings, share ideas for improvement, and support wider teams when needed.
