Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
Basic understanding of networking DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
Exposure to Azure or cloud platforms (desirable)
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
A proactive, team-focused mindset with a desire to learn and progress
