Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on Core HR and Payroll.
* Provide strategic advice and hands-on configuration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and drive stakeholder alignment.
* Oversee data migration, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
* Support deployment of additional modules such as Talent Management, Recruitment, and Learning.
* Utilise HCM Journeys, Fast Formulas, and personalisation tools to optimise user experience.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and project sponsors.
* Manage UAT cycles, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
* Provide expert guidance on compliance, statutory, and localization requirements (e.g., UK payroll rules).
* Mentor junior consultants and ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with a minimum of 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
* Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll configuration, validation, and legislative compliance.
* Hands-on experience in data migration, including HDL and spreadsheet loaders.
* Familiarity with HCM Journeys, OTBI/BIP reporting, and role-based access controls.
* Exposure to Talent, Recruitment, Compensation, and Learning modules is a strong plus.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and client advisory skills.
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions during project execution.
